Earth Day Activity!

Some people think that Earth Day is a crazy day, that it shouldn’t matter how many cups or plates or plastic bags we throw away. Some people avoid trying to be “green” or “eco-friendly” because the people who most often push for conservation are politically liberal.

I would suggest that the Bible has a lot to say about stewardship – that God has entrusted His earth to our care. List a few things below that you can do that would help reduce, reuse, or recycle and keep God’s earth clean, and if you can find some Bible verses about stewardship, list those here too.

(bonus points if you do this!)

Hi! my name is Morgan Theaker and I have a few comments to make about the earth God has allowed us to engoy. First, God has given us a wonderful earth that we need not to take lightly but to highly appreciate. Genesis 1:31 says God saw everything (the earth) and it was very good. I think we ought to treat the earth with respect for God. Here are a few things we can do. 1.PICK UP TRASH WHEN WE SEE IT. 2.TURN OFF LIGHTS AS WE LEAVE THE ROOM. 3.DONT'T DESTROY NATURE JUST FOR ENTERTAINMENT. 3REDUCE,REUSE,& RECYCLE!!! Think of some more ideas with your family! Well I'm almost done, THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to read my comments! One more thing, if you want some great Bible verses on stewardship check these out. I'll see you Wednesday night! Luke 12:36-42;16:1-10,
1 Corinthians 4:1&2,& 1 Peter 4:10
